Last week there were so many interesting occasions with many photos that I decided on a more general symbolic image. If I look at the essential thing that stands behind everything, it is fine lines, moods, impressions of color that connect everything with one another. What will remain of all this? Last Monday a networking event in Bern in the field of management. Power women, all CEOs in large Swiss-wide associations, share their best-practice examples. And behold: it is relationship care, active listening and taking in the voices from the grassroots.

There was another event in the field of church development. Recognizing the so-called "signs of the times" and adapting church processes to them is not easy. Here too: exchange, listening, sharpening the focus together. The church can provide the framework here, but a garden lives from what grows. Trust and courage in that which has already grown and wants to grow.

Then there were also celebrations: the Schönstattschwestern in Quarten celebrated their 100th anniversary. When in 1926 a few courageous women said: they also want to take on responsibility and join the Schönstatt movement, that was anything but easy. Images, impressions, connections. Behind that lies our feeling soul. There are bright and darker tones of color. Fine lines of hope and sadness run through it.
